Ricardo Rodrigues, 29, has always believed in being healthy. His quest for health has led him to extensive workouts to the point that he now competes in triathlons. The Iron Man is not a “normal” triathlon, however.
Not long ago Ricardo was experiencing some back and neck pain every day. “I had heard that Chiropractic was a good way to go if a person had back and neck problems.” Ricardo started coming to the Stein Chiropractic Center and soon found that Chiropractic was improving his performance.
Ricardo recently participated in the Iron Man in Porto Seguro, Brazil. He swam 2.8 miles, rode his bicycle 112 miles and ran 26.1 miles all in 10 hours, 22 minutes and 47 seconds! This was his first Iron Man triathlon and he recorded a time which qualified him to participate in this coming October’s Iron Man triathlon in Kona, Hawaii. This event is the granddaddy of them all when it comes to triathlons! Congratulations!
Ricard now understands that Chiropractic is for so much more than just aches and pains. “I feel it is wonderful that every organ and part of my body is functioning at a higher level because of Chiropractic. I can maintain my high level of health without any drugs or interventions. Thank you Chiropractic! Thank you Dr. Stein!”
