Our objective is to introduce a 1 hour long dynamic routine (once or twice a week) focused on the 4 most important elements of fitness and proper human mechanics:

POSTURE – FLEXIBILITY – BALANCE – AGILITY

The relationship
Posture – Deals with the alignment of the spine, head, hips and feet. Improving the posture, gives the participant more confidence and commitment.

Flexibility – Deals with the tension of muscles and tendons. Better flexibility improves the enjoyment of working and team morale.

Balance – Deals with the stabilization of the nervous system. Balance improves the participant clarity and subtle decision making.

Agility – Deals with the speed and precision of body actions. Proactive response to problem solving. Initiative.
