Train The Beginner’s Mind Way

The Method

When I first decided to put anything on paper, I wanted to develop a system that would provide a better self-awareness to each individual who practices The Method. The Method had to be able to cover what I call, The Triangle of Humanity, from a CHILD to PEAK OF ATHLETICISM through the GOLDEN AGES.

My first child gave me the understanding, that we all once go through childhood development - a time of complex movements like rolling to the belly, standing, walking, and squatting. I recaptured those natural instincts to give the foundation to all body types.

As an avid athlete, I experience very lively the ups and downs of caring for my body through competitions, and how to use the power of my mind, to pick myself up and use proper mechanics to succeed.

The reality is that we are all aging, and many times we can get hurt. Prevention is a profound component of The Beginner’s Mind Method, however, when the body is conducted (stagnant) without your conscious awareness, the body can give in to gravity causing underlying, continual damage. The Beginner’s Mind Method takes that into consideration together with actual studies to help our clients understand and care for their own bodies to improve the quality of their lives.

The Beginner’s Mind Method is the IT of supporting the body for better development, enhancing physical capabilities to the fullest, and rehabilitating the body from aging.

How about you?

Could your body have had better guidance in the beginning?

Does your body have any room for improvement to experience its capabilities to the fullest?

Are you curious about how to prevent aging and rehabilitate your body?

This Method Is For You.

Mindset

It all begins with the proper Mindset.

It all begins with the proper Mindset.

Beginner’s Mind is a mindset open for new possibilities and in a constant phase of growth, it is a child-like mind approach to life.

The human body is the ultimate non “intellectual intelligence” that we know of, and although science made progress learning of this vast intelligence, we have to be open to pause for a moment from our preconceived logic to observe and learn from how it actually feels inside the body, understand when it feels good or bad and distinguish for ourselves learn how to operate it from birth until the end, put into your daily practice of self-awareness.

Conscious Awareness

The body lives only in the present, while the mind can wonder in the past, present, and future.

Conscious Awareness happens when we are open to accepting our immediate reality. It is the first step forward towards the mind and body synergy.

The Conscious Awareness Scale is an excellent tool to guide you to identify and understand where in reality your body is at, capacity of your fitness level, your sense of your true posture while executing your daily routine activities , your level of flexibility, your sense of balance, your agility reflexes and the performance of movement of any kind.

Conscious Breathing

Conscious Breathing is a natural way to wake up one’s mind-body synergy. This combined force of thought (mind) and matter (body) produces a powerful outcome by integrating real-time feeling with the understanding of how the breath feels inside the body. Ideally, Conscious Breathing should be practiced once a day, twice a day for optimal results. It can be used as needed to regain focus and relieve stress.  When provided with a calm internal environment, the body can easily maintain a state of well-being.

Benefits of Conscious Breathing:  improved self-awareness, focus, and self-control.

Conscious Body Flow

The Conscious Body Flow (CBF) is a mental tool developed to control and direct the body parts into alignment and balance.

By imagining a cyclical wave around the body, going up along the front and down along the back, CBF helps to correct, connect, and lift the body for better performance during any movement.

It can be applied when standing, sitting, or practicing any sport or activity.

Integrate All Your Body Parts

These most basic elements of fitness and self-awareness are fundamental for human growth, athletic performance development and body longevity.

Practice correct Posture and improve decompression in the joints and better fluid circulation, hence natural production of the right hormones as well as greater attention span, stamina, and self-confidence.

Practice Flexibility and you will ensure your range of motion is being stimulated in many directions. Mobility allows us to operate in a more relaxed state of mind.

Practice Balance and all your skills will improve. The quality of your walking will improve, and the chance of falling will decrease.

Agility is the pinnacle of them all. It requires good Posture, Flexibility, and Balance to achieve Agility - the ability to move efficiently, quickly, and skillfully.
